In this pranayama masterclass, I’ll spend 2 hours teaching you the yogic tools to bring fresh prana into your system, allow it to move around your body and balance your mind.

You’ll be able to use these techniques to wake up and purify your body whenever you need them.

Here’s what we will be doing:

  • We’ll start with a short talk on prana - what it is, the different types and why its so important to work with it on a regular basis

  • We’ll do a pranayama set designed to bring fresh energy in, clear away old energy and invigorate your system

  • We’ll do a pranayama set designed to balance your body, the hemispheres of your brain and your nadis (energy chanels)

  • We’ll do 30 mins of Omkara (list of benefits below)

  • We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra to help you integrate the work you’ve done in the session

Please note, I do not record any of my live teaching sessions.

You will need to log in to the Zoom link I send you a few minutes before we start to check your camera and microphone are fully working. No screensavers please.

I will send you the Zoom link the day before so it is easy to spot in your inbox.

Please make sure you have a yoga mat or rug, some cushions, a blanket and some water handy. We will have a short break halfway through the masterclass.
