A 4-Week Somatic Kundalini Yoga Immersion and Accompanying Sadhana Practice

We start on Tuesday, February 17th
6:30pm - 7:30 pm ish
If you’ve fallen out of love with your body or you want to finally start treating it like the Divine temple it is - an expression of your true self… then this 4-Week kundalini yoga immersion is for you.
This program is not about working with kundalini energy; it’s about replacing cellular fear and negative self-perception with deep, grounded self-love.
Your body is already perfect; you just need to love it more.
We will use gentle yoga asana, pranayama, pratyahara, and tantric meditation techniques to help you feel like you actually belong in your body in the most profound way.
You’ll develop a positive relationship with your physical expressive self.
You’ll end this kundalini yoga immersion with a sense of honouring yourself, accessing organic confidence, less bodily inhibitions and a rejuvenated energetic system that you can radiate far and wide.
DEEP BODY LOVE will take place online via Zoom on the following Tuesday evenings:
17th February, 24th February, 3rd March, 10th March.
You’ll be given a new Sadhana to practice whenever you can in between the sessions to support your transformation.
Please note that there are no recordings being made of the sessions and you will need your camera and microphone on.
Here’s what you will be doing each week:
Week 1 - Release
In week one, you’ll move your body and clear your energy to get rid of stress, fear and stuck emotions that are ready to leave safely - using yoga asanas and pranayama techniques. You’ll also work with tantric meditation techniques to facilitate root chakra expansion.
Week 2 - Inhabit
In week two, you’ll be getting present within your body, tuning up your awareness and tuning in to your inner vision. Gentle stretching and pratyahara will help you communicate with your body. You’ll use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate sacral chakra expansion.
Week 3 - Take up Space
By week three, you’ll be ready to move your body expressively and feel confident, allowing yourself to take up as much space as you like. You’ll be working with expansive yoga asanas, big movements, and sound. You’ll use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate solar plexus expansion.
Week 4 - Radiance
In week four, you’ll access feelings of self-love and sovereignty - using pranayama and meditation to help you tune into the peace and acceptance your soul resonates with. You’ll also use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate heart chakra expansion.
This kundalini yoga program is a celebration of you, your body and the way it carries you through this life.
