Have you been feeling stressed-out lately?

I’m running a guided breathwork session on Monday the 12th of May at 7:30 pm, via Zoom.

This online class will help you to release stress hormones and access profound states of peace and relaxation…

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been feeling overwhelmed, negative, lethargic or anxious

  • You struggle to practise breathwork alone

  • You would like to learn some breathwork techniques to release uncomfortable emotions

  • You want to have some time to yourself to deeply relax and feel good

Together we will work with breathwork techniques designed to flush out stress, get your vitality back and deeply relax your body and mind. We will finish the class with a restorative yoga nidra.

You’ll leave the class feeling calm, clear and spacious.
